Originally from California and now based in North Carolina, Zara Platt has always had a deep passion for cooking and baking. With a diverse background in Neuroscience, Histology, and Digital Marketing, she brings a unique blend of science and creativity to the kitchen. After traveling in 2024, she found the inspiration and confidence to turn her love for bold flavors into a business. In February 2025, she founded Zabor Foods, dedicated to making high-quality, flavorful sauces that simplify home cooking without compromising on taste.
